Nevada Highway Patrol has released the name of the man arrested after an alleged road rage incident on Mt. Rose Highway on Tuesday.

NHP says the incident started around 3 p.m. at Mt. Rose Ski Resort after they got a call of a pickup driver firing a handgun at another car, shattering the window.

NHP says troopers stopped one car on Mt. Rose Highway near Callahan Road.

They said one person had a BB gun that looked like a real gun. 23-year-old Yonatan Zuniga-Sanchez was subsequently booked into the Washoe County Jail on charges of assault and destruction of property; gross misdemeanor charges are pending.

Troopers say a loaded black BB gun without an orange tip was located in the pickup truck that resembled a 9mm Beretta handgun

NHP wants to remind drivers to call *NHP if they see aggressive drivers. They say do not attempt to handle the situation by yourself. If you find yourself being followed by an angry motorist, drive to a safe location, such as your local police department
