Summer camp membership early enrollment is being offered, and annual membership fees are being waived for those who attend the kickoff to summer camp barbecue on April 13, 2019. 

Prior to attending the kickoff event, parents are encouraged to complete annual membership online as well as watching the mandated orientation video, although live orientations will be held every 30 minutes at the event for those who did not view and register online.

The Food Bank of Northern Nevada is distributing pork patties, apples, canned diced tomatoes, rice, pinto beans and other assorted foods to Club families in need at this kickoff event.

The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows will begin their summer programming at locations across Reno and Sparks on Monday, June 10th and Fernley programming will begin Monday, June 17th. Youth ages 6-18 can enjoy crafts, sports, rock climbing walls, music studios, games, and computers. Healthy breakfasts, and lunches are free to all campers and are served daily. The traditional summer camp fee is $40 per week per child, with discounts offered for siblings. Financial assistance is available and no child is ever turned away for their inability to pay.
