The final run of the day came thanks to the bat of Allard, who brought Jaylon McLaughlin home from third base on a deep sacrifice fly to center field.
Following Gustafson’s outing after five innings, the Pack bullpen only surrendered one hit the rest of the game. Josh Congress, Cooper Powell and Bradley Bonnenfant combined for four innings and no earned runs while each pitcher struck out two batters.
