Reno 1868 FC Press Release:

Reno 1868 FC has signed defensive midfielder Will Seymore ahead of the 2019 season, pending league and federation approval.
Seymore joins Reno full-time after spending half of 2018 on loan from FC Cincinnati.
“We are really excited to bring Will back,” Reno head coach Ian Russell said Thursday. “He is a ball-winning midfielder with a very good range of passing.”
Seymore joined Reno on load from FC Cincinnati back in August 2018 and quickly became acclimated with Reno’s potent lineup.
The veteran midfielder made four starts and nine appearances all while recording one of the highest passing accuracies on the team (83 percent) and won half of his aerial duels.
Prior to joining FC Cincinnati in 2017, Seymore played for Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 for two years (2015-2017).
He is a League Two (formerly USL PDL) alum having played for both Lane United FC and Portland Timbers U-23 prior to signing his first pro contract in 2015.
At Oregon State University, Seymore tallied seven goals and nine assists in 73 games for the Beavers.
He earned All-PAC-12 honorable mentions during his junior and sophomore seasons as well as making the all-conference second team during his senior season.
Reno 1868 FC begins its season Feb. 9 in a preseason duel with MLS affiliate, the San Jose Earthquakes at 12:15 p.m. inside Greater Nevada Field.
Tickets for that match can be found at or at the Greater Nevada Field ticket office.
