Breezy conditions will continue through Monday as a Pacific storm moves through the region… It's not a very strong storm and it will pass through very quickly. Expect to wake up to mostly cloudy skies in the valley with a chance of rain showers Monday morning, becoming partly cloudy with a chance of scattered showers in the afternoon. Temperatures on Monday will be much cooler compared to what we had over the weekend. Highs will be mid and upper 50s in the valley with mostly mid and upper 40s near Lake Tahoe.
A Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect for the Lake Tahoe area until 2:00 p.m. Monday for southwest winds blowing 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph and ridge gusts 75-90 mph.
We will see partly cloudy skies Monday night becoming mostly clear later. Overnight lows will be in the upper 20s and low 30s in the valley. Temps will drop below average Tuesday and Wednesday with daytime temperatures in the 50s. Above average temps can be expected towards the end of the work week.
Have a great day!
