Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Does iMetabolic Help Me Lose Weight?

iMetabolic offers a state-of-the-art medically-supervised and multi-disciplinary weight loss program. Our doctors and professional staff work to allow you to meet your weight loss goals. To begin, a new client usually enrolls in one of the Phase I induction weight loss programs. This involves embarking on a medically-supervised weight loss diet, usually for an induction period of twelve weeks. During that time, each client follows a specific meal program, meets with a personal trainer, and receives counseling and coaching from the doctors and professional staff.

  • Is Exercise Necessary?

Yes, exercise is a necessary component of any weight loss program that is going to be successful. Even people with physical limitations can perform regular exercise. Our team will help you identify appropriate exercises to do on a daily basis. Its benefits are profound and long-lasting. And it is fun!

  • Do I Have To Follow A Specific Diet?

An individually-crafted program will be recommended for you. For most people the best results begin with a specific supervised diet program.

  • Can I Enroll Online?

While the best program is one in which you come in person to enroll, it is possible to enroll online and begin the online iMetabolic weight loss program. Simply go to Products and Services and click on The Online Weight Loss Program. Follow the steps to enroll. Then watch your success on the online Tracking section each week. Access our health coaches online and obtain the products shipped to your door.

  • What About Long Term Maintenance, After I Lose The Weight?

Our professional team has crafted a long term maintenance plan that will enable you to succeed for a longer and healthier life. The plan is low cost and allows each client access to our classes, support groups, services, products, and professionals.
