The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission reports a recall of solar battery powered light fixtures for a fire hazard.

The recall is for solar-powered, motion-activated outdoor LED light fixtures sold under the All-Pro and Defiant brands.

The models in question are the Defiant MST1000LWDF, All-Pro MST800L, All-Pro MST800LW and the All-Pro WPS2040M. The model numbers are displayed on the interior of the fixture.

Cooper Lighting has received seven reports of the fixtures overheating and causing property damage. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the lights and contact the Eaton Customer Service Center for a free replacement of the battery pack. Eaton will shop the replacements with step-by-step battery replacement instructions.

The lights were sold at Home Depot, Lowe's and other stores from September 2015 through July 2018 for about $70 to $100.
