The three men accused of killing a 20-year-old man last June in the Galena area all pleaded not guilty on Wednesday. Their trial date is set for this September. 

22-year-old Jamil Geronimo was arrested in connection to a shooting near Galena that left Paul Dobbins dead, and for allegedly firing shots into the Loving Cup in June.

Two other suspects, 21-year-old Tyler Hernandez and 22-year-old Quentin Moore, were arrested for their alleged involvement in the Galena shooting.


First write-up, August 2018: The Reno Police Department confirms that a suspect has been charged in connection with two crimes committed at Galena and the Loving Cup in June.

22-year-old Jamil Geronimo faces seven counts of assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of battery with a deadly weapon and open murder.

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office said in June that Geronimo, along with two other suspects, were involved in a shooting in Galena that killed 20-year-old Paul Dobbins.

A second victim was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The same day, Reno Police said they responded to shots fired inside the Loving Cup, where two or three people were hit with shrapnel. No serious injuries were reported and the victims were treated on scene by REMSA.
