With preseason watch lists continuing to roll out, Nevada football seniors Sean Krepsz and Malik Reed have been placed on watch lists for the Outland Trophy and Bronko Nagurski Trophy, respectively.

A 6-5, 325-pound returning starter, Krepsz is one of 82 players in the nation to be named to the preseason watch list for the Outland Trophy presented by the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases, which is given annually to the nation's top interior lineman. Krepsz is also one of just three players from the Mountain West to receive the preseason recognition.

Krepsz, who was also named to the Rimington Trophy watch list last week, shifted inside to the center position and was flawless as the Wolf Pack produced one of the top offensive lines in the nation. He blocked for the Mountain West's No. 2 passing offense and was part of an offensive line that ranked fourth in the league in sacks against.

A 6-2, 235 pound returning starter as well, Reed is one of 96 players from around the country to be named to the Bronko Nagurski Trophy watch list, which is given annually to the nation’s top defensive player. He is among seven players to earn a watch list spot from around the Mountain West.

Reed, who is switching to linebacker from defensive end, earned All-Mountain West first team honors following the 2017 season. He tallied 10 tackles for loss, including eight sacks as he tore up the backfield last year. Reed was also a turnover menace, forcing a total of four fumbles in 2017.
