The Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) has released details on a fatal crash that happened on Sunday, July 8 on Kingsbury Grade near Tramway Drive.

They said a maroon Kawasaki motorcycle was traveling east on SR-207 when the driver failed to negotiate a left curve. They drove off the highway onto the gravel shoulder of the road and the motorcycle came to rest on its left side off of the highway. 

The driver, 69-year-old Dana Orgill of Gardnerville, was transported to Renown in Reno with serious injuries but passed away on July 10th.
