CAL FIRE: County Fire in Lake County Now 100% Contained
The County Fire is now 100% contained at 90,288 acres.

UPDATE: CAL FIRE says the 90,288-acre County Fire in Lake County is now 97% contained.
Authorities also determined the cause of the fire on Wednesday, which was an improperly installed electric livestock fence.
They said the party responsible was cited.
They said mandatory evacuations along State Highway 16 were lifted as of Monday night.
The fire broke out in Yolo County on June 30 around 2:12 p.m. and has since destroyed 20 structures and damaging three others.
There are also various road closures, including:
Northbound County Road 87 from Highway 128
Berryessa Knoxville Road, from the Pope Creek Bridge to the Napa/Lake
County Road 40 at State Highway 16
Pleasants Valley Road, South from Highway 128 remains open to serve traffic into Solano County
Eastbound Highway 128 at Markley Resort
Westbound Highway 128 at Pleasants Valley Road
Full containment is expected by July 12, weather permitting. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
