The City of Reno's Neighborhood Renewal Program continued this weekend with assistance from Truckee Meadows Habitat for Humanity and around 80 University of Nevada, Reno students.

They worked on five homes in the Reno area Saturday. Due to the engagement efforts made by the students, the event is being called "Greek in the Streets." Two of the houses being revitalized include two houses on Castle Way. Reno City Councilmember Oscar Delgado joined in the efforts for the program.

The City of Reno tells us that to date, a total of six homes in three City of Reno wards have or will be revitalized as part of the Neighborhood Renewal Program.
