Update: Lanes are open in both directions.

NHP is responding to an injury crash on SR28 three miles north of US50.

Both directions are blocked. Officials say it is a single vehicle crash and the driver has been transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

They also say that a four foot boulder rolled onto the road and took down a tree.

We have a crew on the way and will continue to gather information and keep you updated.
