Secret Witness Helps to Keep Community Safe

Posted: Updated:

Secret Witness is not only one of the easiest ways to report crimes in northern Nevada, but also an important tool for helping keep the community safe.

Secret Witness was created in 1979 to provide an avenue for community members to provide information on a crime, while remaining anonymous.

"The interesting thing about our record files is we don't deal with names of the people who call us, we don't even know who they are. We've had 105,000 phone calls in our 38 years and we don’t know one of the 105,000 people,” says Don Richter, founder of Secret Witness.

Secret Witness is 100% supported by donations from the public. To donate, click on this line
