Arrow Electronics Seeks to Hire 250 Warehouse Associates

Arrow Electronics will be holding two hiring events this week at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The company is looking to hire 250 warehouse associates for their South Reno facility.

Jobs include packing, shipping and receiving as well as forklift driving and programming.

Managers and supervisors will be offering jobs on the spot.

The event will be held on July 21st and 22nd from 9 a.m. 5 p.m. at 4590 South Virginia Street. Arrow says use lots B1 or B2. The event is in rooms A20 and A 3.

    The University of Nevada (29-24) baseball team was eliminated from the 2018 Mountain West Tournament by San José State (27-29) after a 13-6 loss to the Spartans at Tony Gwynn Stadium today.  The Wolf Pack fell to 29-24 while SJSU improved to 27-29. SJSU jumped to an 8-0 lead heading to the bottom of the sixth inning.
