Sparks Police need your help finding two missing men who may be in the area of Pyramid Lake.

Police say 52-year-old Quentin Johnson and 48-year-old Ron Haigwood were reported missing on May 8th. Police say Haigwood had last communicated with family on April 23rd, and Johnson with a friend on April 24th.

Haigwood and Johnson are friends and believed to be together.

On May 12th, the Pyramid Lake Police Department found Johnson’s truck, and empty boat trailer at Pyramid Lake. The Pyramid Lake Police Department has searched the shoreline while the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue has searched by helicopter, both without success.

Authorities say an aircraft search is being organized to help find the men.

Haigwood is described as 5’11”, 220 pounds, bald, brown eyes with a mustache and goatee. He has a piercing on his left ear and multiple tattoos.

Johnson is described as 6’3”, 180 pounds, gray hair and green eyes.

Johnson’s boat is a 1988, white and blue, 23 foot, Nordic with Arizona registration 8679AG.

Haigwood and Johnson had cell phones. Investigators say they’re working to see if any information can be used to help find Haigwood or Johnson.
