From Reno Aces: 

The Reno Aces have announced their 2016 schedule, complete with game times for all 72 home games. 

The eighth season of Aces baseball will begin in downtown Reno when the Aces welcome the El Paso Chihuahuas on Thursday, April 7 at 6:35 p.m. Following a four-game series with El Paso, the Aces welcome the Albuquerque Isotopes for four games to complete a season-opening eight-game homestand. 

For the third consecutive season, the Aces are home on the fourth of July. They host the Tacoma Rainiers on Monday, July 4 at 6:35 p.m. 

On Tuesday, July 26, the Aces welcome the Sacramento River Cats, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants for a four-game series. They welcome Sacramento to Aces Ballpark for a second time on Saturday, August 20 to begin another four-game set against the Giants affiliate. 

The longest homestand of the 2016 season is also the last. The Aces are home from August 20-28 when they face Sacramento for four, then Tacoma for five. The team has seven different eight-game homestands. 

The first road trip is from April 15-22 when the Aces depart to El Paso for four games, then Albuquerque for four games. The team has two separate 12-game road trips. The first is from May 2-13 when they visit Fresno, Salt Lake City and Sacramento. The second 12-game trip is from June 9-20 when they head to Tacoma, Las Vegas and Albuquerque. 

An eight-game road trip to Sacramento and Tacoma closes the 2016 regular season for Reno. The final game is set for Monday, September 5 against the Rainiers.
