The Nevada Wolf Pack Men's Basketball team lost their first conference game of the season Saturday, 69-66 to Fresno State.
A 9-0 run by the Bulldogs mid way through the first half gave them enough cushion to hold off the Wolf Pack whose record dropped to 6-9 on the year and 2-1 in Mountain West Play.
The Pack was able to tie the game with less than four minutes to go in the game after Eric Cooper Jr. knocked down his only three-pointer of the game. The Bulldogs answered right back with an Emmanuel Owootoah 3 pointer and never trailed.
Marvelle Harris was the only Bulldog to score in double figures, but it was a career high 40 points.
Marqueze Coleman led Nevada with a career high of his own, 19 points.
AJ West fell two blocks shy of a Triple-Double, scoring 16 points, to go with ten rebounds and tying a career high of eight blocks.
Tyron Criswell also finished in double figures with 12 points, equaling a career high.
Nevada will now travel to Fort Collins, CO to take on the Colorado State Rams on Wednesday night at 6pm.
