Nevada Ends Losing Streak with Rout of Marshall

The Nevada Wolf Pack Men's Basketball team ended their eight game losing streak Monday night with a blowout victory over Marshall 83-55.


The win was the first for the Wolf Pack since beating Adams State 69-64 all the way back on November 17th. 


AJ West led all in scoring with 16 points to go with 10 rebounds. This was his third double-double of the season. 


Marqueze Coleman and Michael Perez also finished in double figures with 13 and 12 points respectively.


The Pack had season-highs in points (83), assists (18), field goals made (31), field goals attempted (67), field goal percentage (46.3) and rebounds (59).


With the win Nevada Head Coach David Carter earned his 92nd win with the program to move to sixth all time in program history. 


Nevada will return after Christmas to host Northwest Christian, who is a Division 2 school, on Sunday at 3 p.m.
