Washoe County Deputies say they’ve arrested one man and two juveniles on charges related to arson and graffiti that occurred Wednesday night at a business in Incline Village.

Deputies say just before 8pm, units from North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District and Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a report of a fire at the “La Casona” building located next to the Raley’s Shopping Center at 930 Tahoe Boulevard in Incline Village.

Additional units from the North Tahoe Fire Protection District (California) and CAL FIRE assisted.

Authorities say they found evidence that suggested arson so a joint investigation was conducted with North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District, and they say they later identified 20-year-old Ramon Mendoza Valdez as a suspect.

Valdez was arrested without incident on Thursday and was charged with two counts of Arson in the First Degree and one count of Arson in the Third Degree along with charges of Graffiti and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. He is currently being held in the Washoe County Detention Facility.
