Arrest Made After Attempted Homicide in Lyon County

 A man is behind bars after allegedly taking several shots at family members in Fernley.  

Lyon county sheriff's responded to the report of a shooting yesterday at the 3900 block of Highway 95 just after 4 p.m.

The person reporting the shooting said they were running from the suspect.  

After arriving at the residence and investigating sheriffs arrested 56-year-old Cleve Clayton Clark Jr. of Silver Springs.  

He allegedly fired several rounds into a family member's home after an argument although no injuries were reported.

Clark is charged with attempted homicide and is being held without bail.
