Police: Very Few Arrests at Inaugural Street Vibrations Spring Rally

Reno Police say this year’s inaugural Street Vibrations Spring Rally event was safe for residents and visitors.

"Overall this was an outstanding event with very few arrests," says Rob VanDiest, Special Events/Traffic Lieutenant.

RPD reports the following statistics from the event:

Overall: Five arrests, two CPCs and one traffic citation
•    Simple battery
•    Urinating in public which turned into a felony warrant arrest
•    PCS methamphetamine which started out as a CPC (not included in the two CPCs)
•    PCS marijuana started out as a CPC (not included in the two CPCs)
•    Felony warrant arrest from Utah at the very end of the event
