Three men are facing charges after one of them accidentally shot a fourth person inside a liquor store in North Lake Tahoe Wednesday afternoon.

The Placer County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the Kings Beach Liquor store on North Lake Tahoe Boulevard around 1:55 p.m. after a teen was shot in the face. When they arrived, they found the victim's friend had already taken him to a local hospital, where he told detectives the shooting was an accident.

They say the victim, a 19-year-old Sacramento man, was taken by Care Flight to Renown Regional Medical Center, where his condition is unknown at this time.

Investigators at the scene found the alleged shooter, 19-year-old Brandon Lamont Fuller of Kings Beach, who cooperated with detectives. They say he also claimed the shooting was accidental.

During the investigation, officials say two firearms were located away from the scene, and three men were arrested and booked into the Truckee Jail.

Fuller was charged with negligent discharge of a firearm with an enhancement for great bodily injury and conspiracy.

Two other men were charged with evidence tampering and conspiracy, Aydan Ryker Hamilton and Kyle Andrew Faulkner, also from Kings Beach.

Officials say Hamilton was released on bail.
