At Mind Body & Pilates in Reno, the workouts are like a Cirque du Soleil show. Owner Kim Lenzi works with her clients to push them to their limit, safely and effectively. "We strengthen the body from the inside out and make sure people are working accurately, efficiently, from the power house whether it's yoga, Pilates, bar, weight lifting, personal training."

86-year-old Al Selleck and his wife, June, have been doing Pilates here for just over two years. Al says it's helped his mental state as well as his physical one. "It has helped my physical condition top notch. In fact, my doctor said he's going to have to start because I'm in better health than he is."

Debbie Struhsacker has arthritis. Pilates has decreased her pain and increased her mobility. She considers it physical therapy. "This has been far more effective than medical treatments I've experienced in the past."

Mind, Body and Pilates also offers Bilt by Andre Agassi. This equipment is considered cutting edge for sport specific weight lifting.
