The Nevada Women's Basketball team beat San Diego State Tuesday Night 53-48 to advance to the Semi Finals of the Mountain West Conference Basketball Tournament.

The Pack led the Aztecs by 5 at the break but a slow start allowed the Aztecs to take a 3 point lead midway through the 2nd half.

However the Wolf Pack recovered and went on a 12-0 to retake the lead.

The Aztecs got back within 3 points in the final seconds but could get no closer as Nevada won 53-48.

Danika Sharp led the Wolf Pack with 12 points, while Mimi Mungedi finished with 10 points and 7 blocks.

The Wolf Pack Women will return to action on Friday at 2:30pm for their Semi Final match up with Fresno State.
