People Involved in Possible Kidnapping Contact Police

The Sparks Police Department say two people involved in a possible kidnapping that happened Sunday afternoon, have contacted police and say they are well.

Police say just before 4:00 p.m., they received a report of a large, black man, forcing a white woman into a car at the Scolari's on Disc Drive in Sparks.

Police say multiple witnesses reported the man driving north on Vista Boulevard. Witnesses also told police a child could be seen in the back seat.

They found the car involved is registered to Leroy Leron Coleman. They say Tamiko Solis, also known as Chantel Holley, was the woman involved.

Police say both Coleman and Solis have contacted them from work, and have agreed to discuss the incident with investigators when they are free.
