Red Cross Responds to House Fire

Posted: Updated:

The Northern Nevada Chapter of the Red Cross report they were called to an apartment fire in Reno early on Sunday, December 22nd.

Red Cross officials say that at around 4:15 a.m. a team of workers were called to give emergency aid to two residents who were burned in a fire in their College Parkway Apartment.

The Red Cross is now helping the victims of the fire by paying for food and housing after the fire severely damaged their residence.

The Red Cross is asking for the community's help to support people like Sunday's fire victims by donating money or time. To make a donation, visit redcross.org/northernnevada, or call 1-800-RED-CROSS.
