Douglas County Deputies say a mother accused of abducting her two young children last November was arrested on Monday.

Authorities say Kathryn Moore's two children were not hurt.

Deputies say Moore was found in a family member's house in Colville, Washington.

The arrest of Moore (of Wellington) was made possible by a joint investigation between the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and the United States Marshals Offices in Reno, and the states of Oklahoma and Wisconsin. She is now pending extradition from Washington.

Authorities say 5-year-old Patricia Read and 2-year-old William Moore will be released to the father, by the U.S. Marshals.

The trio had been missing since November 21st when Moore did not appear at a Douglas County District Court to exchange her children to their father, who has joint custody of the kids.

An AMBER Alert was not issued since authorities believed the boy and girl were not in danger.
