Police Release Scene Photos From Sparks Armed Robbery

Posted: Updated:

Sparks police have just released some scene photos from an armed robbery that happened at Jackson's Food Mart early Monday morning.

Police say they responded to the Baring Blvd store around 2am across from Reed High School. The clerk told them two men entered the store and demanded cash from the drawer, one of them showing a silver handgun.

The clerk gave them back some cash and the two men ran away from the store east along Baring.

The first suspect is described as a white man, in his mid-20's, about 5'8" with a thin build. He wore black pants, a black hooded jacket and black ski mask with a white skull on it.

The second suspect is described as a white man, also in his mid-20's, about 5'6", with a thin build. He also wore a black hooded jacket and a black ski mask.

Police say the first suspect appears to be the same man from a robbery at the same location on Saturday, November 30th. In that case, only one suspect entered the store with a similar gun to the one used Monday morning. However, police say the second suspect carried the gun in this robbery.
