A former Hells Angel member was sentenced Friday morning for his involvement with the September 2011 shooting in Sparks during Street Vibrations.

Judge Connie Steinheimer sentenced Cesar Villagrana to at least up to 12 and a half years in prison, with the possibility of parole after three years. He was also ordered to submit to a DNA test.

He pleaded guilty to a challenge to fight and battery charges earlier this year. He originally pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and conspiracy charges after allegedly shooting a Vagos motorcycle club member in the leg during a fight at Trader Dick's inside John Ascuaga's Nugget on September 23rd 2011.

Last month, Ernesto Gonzalez was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 20 years for killing Jeffrey "Jethro" Pettigrew - the president of the San Jose Chapter of the Hells Angels.
