All-Star Fanfest in Reno This Weekend

The 2013 Triple-A All-Star FanFest presented by Reno Tahoe USA will be at the Reno Events Center this weekend, as part of the Triple-A All-Star festivities.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Former Major Leaguers Jack Clark, Robb Nen, Steven Finley and JT Snow, who all spent time with the San Francisco Giants, will highlight the events with autograph sessions for fans in attendance.

Clark will be available Saturday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. and Sunday from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Finley will also sign autographs on both days, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Saturday and 12:30-1:30 p.m. Sunday.

Snow is available for autographs during two time slots on Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3:30-4:30 p.m. Nen will only be in attendance on Sunday, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-2:30 p.m. 

The Reno Aces Authentic Shop will be set up, chock-full of game-used items, as well as All-Star merchandise.

Other attractions include a chance to win tickets for the 2013 IGT Triple-A Home Run Derby and the 2013 Dolan Auto Group Triple-A All-Star Game, a set by Circus Circus hotel performers, mascot performances, sets by the local performing arts group eNVision, a performance by the Clarke Brothers and more.

Interactive exhibits for children of all ages will also be featured, including a wiffle ball field presented by KTVN Channel 2 News. Throughout the entire event, fans can participate in batting cages, speed pitch and a steal home challenge.

Fans will also have the chance to check out exhibits highlighting each of the 30 Triple-A clubs.

Tickets are just $8 for adults and $5 for children, and family packs of four tickets are available for just $20. FanFest tickets can be purchased at the Reno Aces Box Office, by phone at (775) 334-7000 or online at RenoAces.com.
