Nevada Men’s Basketball To Play In Las Vegas Invitational

The University of Nevada men's basketball team will play in the Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational at the Orleans Arena on Nov. 28-29.  Fans interested in purchasing tickets for the two games in Las Vegas or season tickets can call the Nevada ticket office at 775-348-PACK (7225).

Nevada will play UCLA on Thanksgiving Day at 4:30 p.m. and Missouri at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.  Both games will air on ESPN3.  Also as part of the invitational the Pack will host Chattanooga on Nov. 22 and Morehead State on Nov. 24.  Times for the two home games have yet to be determined.

"The Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational gives us a chance to play two home games and four quality opponents," Nevada head coach David Carter said.  "Playing two of the top teams in the country in UCLA and Missouri on a neutral court will be exciting for our program and test our team early in the season."
