Reno City Council Discusses Medical Marijuana Dispensaries

Posted: Updated:

Reno city council members discussed possible medical marijuana dispensaries at Wednesday's meeting.

After the discussion, they voted to direct staff to do more research, and then at that point, they will discuss the issue more in depth.

Medical marijuana dispensaries will be allowed in Nevada since Governor Brian Sandoval just signed them into law.

The tax revenue will go towards regulating them. Any extra funding will go to education.
