A grassroots group teamed up with local businesses for an event to celebrate and spread the pride they have in our community.
Today 'the Biggest Little City Movement' that we first told you about last week held a 'Reno Rebirth' luncheon with several downtown businesses inside the Silver Legacy.
Event organizers say they gathered business owners and city officials together in an effort to help build and spread Reno pride throughout our community - pride that they say has been lacking lately.
"It's been missing for a while. Everybody who lives here knows why we love Reno. And we just haven't told that story for quite a while," says project manager Clint Jolly.
The group also launched the Biggest Little City campaign.
City council members say they're glad to help support the group as it continues to grow and expand.
