Teaching young kids about the dangers of drunk driving was also the focus up in Virginia City Thursday.
A number of different agencies came out to the school today to show students just how real the dangers are.
They had four students act as though they were in a car wreck.
One of them died in the accident, one was taken by Care Flight, another was taken by ambulance and the driver was given a sobriety test and arrested.
All of the other students watched to see what the response is like by law enforcement.
Officials say showing students this way really opens their eyes to what they have to deal with every day.
"In a small community like Storey County, it definitely hits home, so our goal is to prevent that, even if it's one life, it's definitely worth," says Storey County Fire Captain Victor Yohey.
Organizers say this event took about three months of planning and preparation.
