This weekend -- the Women's Expo is coming back for its 11th year.
This year it's set for Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 11am to 4pm at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.
There you can shop, get free health screenings, donate blood and learn a lot - like establishing a health diet for you and your family.
"On Saturday, we're going to be talking about not only your dietary habits but how to prepare good, healthy food at home. I'm gonna talk about olive oil, the health benefits of olive oil. What are some of the things you can have that you may think you're not able to eat," says Dr. Kosta Arger.
This event is also a great opportunity for you to get more involved in the community.
"There's gonna be out 15 nonprofit organizations that are going to be there talking about what they provide to the community," says Robin Krueger.
