The Regional Transportation Commission will hold a public hearing on the new Pyramid Way-McCarran Blvd. intersection project on Tuesday.
The hearing will address environmental concerns and impacts and on how to obtain public input.
The 4pm hearing will be inside John Ascuaga's Nugget in Ponderosa B Conference Room. A project presentation starts at 5:30pm.
Improvements include widening Pyramid Way to three lanes in each direction (north-south) from a reconfigured Queen Way to Tyler Way. McCarran would remain two lanes in each direction (east-west) but with additional turning lanes.
