Saint Patrick's Day is just about here. That means bars and restaurants in Downtown Reno and Sparks will be slammed with people looking to celebrate.
"Preparations really go on all year long in the head," says Ron McCarty, owner of Ceol Irish Pub. "Real preparations probably starting about a month ago."
That means putting up lighting, fencing and of course, making sure there is enough beer to go around.
"Last year we have a photo of about 55 empty kegs that we're quite proud of and I suspect that we'll be way over that," says McCarty.
A similar story over at Patty & Irene's Irish Pub in Sparks.
"Sunday for us, we know we'll be busy," says Renee Adams, owner of Patty & Irene's. "We look forward to this every year."
