Aces baseball is almost here. The home opener is just one month away. And that means, everybody on the Aces staff is getting the park ready to go.
"We're cleaning it, washing it up and we're getting the field ready to go," said Reno Aces General Manager Rick Parr. "The clubhouses are getting going and this whole ball of wax is going to unfold shortly. So, you'll want to get your tickets and you'll want to get them now."
In fact, this Saturday, you can purchase those highly coveted, single game tickets starting at 10am. They will also sell a limited number of tickets for this year's Triple A All-Star Game, which will be held right here this summer.
Also, at noon, the San Francisco Giants' World Championship Trophy will be at the park for you to see. And along with that trophy, you can check out the Pacific Coast League Reno Aces' Championship trophy as well.
Parr said it should be a busy Saturday, but that's just the beginning of a lot of fun here at the ballpark this season.
"We have promotions galore. We have Margarita Monday, you buy a margarita, you get one free. You have Two For Tuesday. Buy two tickets, two hot dogs and also two sodas for $22. That's a nice deal."
