The robbery happened Tuesday at 4:50am at the Lucky Gofer Market at 110 East 2nd Street.
Police say that suspect made a purchase, and while paying, he showed the clerk a gun, stole cash from the register, and then ran north on Center Street.
The clerk told police the suspect was the same person who robbed him about two weeks ago, and they have confirmed that at this time.
Police arrested Paul Espinoza Wednesday morning in the 2nd and West Street area. He was wearing the same clothing he had on during the robbery last night. They have also charged him with the robbery of the same store back on Feb. 14.
He is being held on 2 counts of armed robbery and was carrying a concealed weapon. Police say he has committed to both crimes.
If you have any information on either of these crimes, call Secret Witness at 322-4900 or text your tip to 847411. Your call will remain anonymous. A $1,500 reward is being offered in each case.
