The Douglas County Sheriff's Office needs your help finding a runaway who has been missing for about one week now.

Deputies say 16-year-old Geolyn Balleza ran away from her parents' Minden home on February 23rd.

Deputies believe Balleza is somewhere between Douglas County and the Reno-Sparks area.

Balleza is described as white/Pacific Islander, 5'5", 170 pounds with a heavy build and brown eyes and long straight brown and blonde hair. She has a tattoo ‘Sante' on her lower back.

If you have any information on her whereabouts, call Douglas County Secret Witness at 775-78-CRIME or Investigator John Preston at 775-782-9909. Douglas County Secret Witness is offering a reward. Your call will remain anonymous.
