Reno Police Seek 3 Robbery Suspects

Reno police need your help finding three people who tried to rob a woman inside her Washington Street apartment.

The incident happened Friday before 11:45am in the 100 block of Washington Street.

The victim told police she was contacted at her apartment by the three suspects. One of them forcefully entered the apartment and tried to rob the victim. During a brief struggle, the woman suffered several stab wounds.

The suspects then ran away before officers arrived on scene.

Police say the suspects are not known to the victim; however, they are believed to frequent the area.   

The first suspect is described as a white man in his late 40's, 5'11" with a thin build, balding with short hair, and an unshaven face. He was last seen wearing a blue flannel jacket.

The second suspect is described as a white man in his 50's, 5'6", balding with a mustache and short beard. He was last seen wearing a black sweater and gray shirt.

And the third suspect is described as a white woman in his 50's, 5'10" with medium brown shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a white coat and brown pants.    

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center where she's currently listed in stable condition.
