Sparks Man Sentenced for 2 Murders

A Sparks man who pleaded guilty to murdering a woman and a toddler two years ago was sentenced to life in prison without parole today.

A judge also sentenced 26-year-old Justin Ouimet to 61 additional years for the murder of Danielle Lawrence and Conner Lawrence back in September of 2010.

Prosecutors say he tried to set fire to his wife's I Street home after murdering her grandmother and her two-year-old son.

He also pleaded guilty to first degree arson.
