Nevada Highway Patrol Honors 4 Employees

On Thursday, four employees of the Nevada Highway Patrol were honored for their performance over the past year.

The Highway Patrol recognized four employees for their exemplary professionalism and service to the Department of Public Safety.

Sergeant James Simpson of Carson City was honored as sergeant of the year; Trooper Christian LaPrairie of Reno was trooper of the year.

Chesa Emery of Carson City received dispatcher of the year and Diana Marsteller of Carson City was awarded employee of the year.

Each of them were chosen by their supervisor or co-worker for doing an excellent job last year.
