Police Identify Motorcyclist Killed in Reno Accident

Reno police officers have identified the motorcyclist killed in an accident Wednesday afternoon near Holcomb Avenue.

Police say 26-year-old Ashton Pike of Sparks was heading north on Holcomb when a van tried to turn onto Cheney -- hitting Pike and killing the rider.

Officers say the investigation is ongoing and they don't know yet if alcohol or speed played a role.
