McGruff the Crime Dog Announces Partnership With AlertID

A free online service and smartphone app that keeps track of criminal activity is expanding once again.

AlertID which started right here in Reno is now partnering with the National Crime Prevention Council.

AlertID says this partnership will make important public safety information universally accessible.

NCPC will provide AlertID with safety information for high school and college students - and offering tips to avoid becoming a victim of crime and what to do if you are.
