This week the Nevada Office of Veterans Services Outreach Program is making stops in Hawthorne, Yerington and Carson City.
The so-called "ROVER" program works to visit rural parts of the state so veterans and current military members can learn about the benefits and services they're eligible for.
Here are the details:
They'll be in Hawthorne Tuesday from 11am to 2p at the American Legion Post #19 at 775 Sierra Way.
Then Wednesday -- they'll be at the senior center at 117 Tilson Way in Yerington from 10am to 2pm.
And Thursday they'll come to Carson City for a meeting at the senior center at 911 Beverly Drive from 10am to noon.
And if you can't make those meetings -- you can find more information about the outreach program at http://www.veterans.nv.gov
