Arizona attorney, Anthony Misseldine, has joined the Owners’ Counsel of America, a network of the nation’s preeminent property rights and eminent domain lawyers.

Anthony H. Misseldine, Esq. of Jackson White, P.C. in Mesa has been appointed as the Arizona member of the Owners’ Counsel of America, a nationwide network of experienced property rights attorneys who focus their practice upon defending property owners in condemnation litigation. Mr. Misseldine concentrates his practice on representing Arizona property owners in eminent domain and inverse condemnation proceedings. He also practices in the areas of real estate valuation, land use litigation, and complex commercial lawsuits.

Following graduation from law school in 1987, he was admitted to the Arizona bar and began practicing law in the Phoenix area. He is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Misseldine is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar Eminent Domain Section, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and is a former member of the State Bar of Arizona Professionalism Committee.
Throughout his career, Mr. Misseldine has tried numerous contested condemnation matters and has secured several multimillion dollar awards for his eminent domain clients. Mr. Misseldine also holds membership positions with the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee, the Land Title Association of Arizona, the Arizona Cattlemen’s’ Association, and the Arizona Rock Products Association.
Mr. Misseldine contributes to the column "Your Home in the Law" featured in the Arizona Republic. The column, which is authored by Jackson White attorneys, addresses legal issues faced by homeowners. He is a regular presenter at CLE conferences and before landowner, commercial, industrial, and agricultural groups on property rights and eminent domain. He also authors the Jackson White eminent domain blog which discusses topics affecting landowners’ rights including condemnation, legislation, recent appellate opinions, and property tax assessments and appeals.
