Steve joins a team of professionals with real-world expertise in retail operations, technology, and business management. Working in collaboration with ArcherPoint’s clients, the team designs, builds, and delivers integrated business solutions built on Microsoft technology, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Retail.
For more than 15 years, Steve has worked with retail organizations to optimize process and data flow in their business technology systems, with the goal of improving efficiency and the customer experience at the point of sale. He has extensive experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV in these efforts.

Key members of the ArcherPoint Retail Delivery Team include:
Wm. Matthew Street (Matt) – As the lead consultant on ArcherPoint’s retail team, Matt is responsible for understanding clients’ business goals and requirements and defining the proper solution and approach, focusing on aligning those goals with their technology strategies.
Brian Coller – Specializing in the areas of credit card swipe and processing, product pricing, promotions and discounts, and loyalty programs, Brian provides implementation and training services, as well as financial reporting, purchasing, business intelligence, and other back office functions.
Steve Florko – Steve works with clients on defining and deploying supply chain tools for replenishing store stock to appropriate levels and management of store inventories. He also specializes in the mechanisms that keep data residing in the home office, stores, and POS devices in synch.
Kyle Hardin – Kyle focuses on defining and deploying the POS, store, and home office hardware aspects of client solutions.
Daniel Parker - Specializing in customizing client solutions to meet their specific requirements as retailers, Daniel also provides technical assistance in migrating data from legacy systems to new solutions.
