WCSD State of Education Address Today

Today Washoe County School District Superintendent Pedro Martinez will address the state of education.

In his first address since becoming superintendent, Martinez will talk about the progress the district has made to improve graduation rates and discuss school funding in relation to the upcoming legislative session.

You can watch the address in-person at The Academy of Arts, Careers and Technology at 380 Edison Way in Reno. Doors open at 5 p.m., the speech is set for 6 p.m.
